Responsibilities: * Supervise and control daily field operations. * Coordinate and lead operational staff. * Verify compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. * Prepare progress and management reports. * Coordinate with HR, logistics, and safety departments. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in operations supervision. * Valid A1 driver's license with at least 2 years of validity. * Knowledge of wastewater or sludge treatment. * Leadership ability and capacity to work under pressure. * Willingness to work and relocate to the mining unit.
