Objective: The objective is to lead, coordinate, and control receiving, storage, inventory, and dispatch operations for materials, ensuring record accuracy, timely supply availability, and compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. This position exists to ensure continuity of the logistics chain and efficiency in inventory management, minimizing losses and optimizing resources. Expected outcomes include reliable material availability, reduced inventory errors, and continuous improvement in warehouse productivity and safety. Responsibilities: * Immediately fulfill COivo requests from operational departments, ensuring availability and delivery within established timeframes, with the aim of delivering timely and effective solutions to internal customer needs. * Verify real-time inventory availability, ensuring that information provided to customers is accurate and reliable, with the aim of delivering value to the end customer through reliable information. * Prepare timely reports and summaries to support management and internal customer decision-making, with the aim of contributing to overall results through strategic information. * Supervise fulfillment of material requests and shipments, ensuring adherence to requested deadlines and conditions, to guarantee operational continuity and customer satisfaction. * Coordinate with user departments, logistics teams, and suppliers to resolve queries or incidents related to inventories and deliveries, providing rapid and transparent solutions. * Plan and organize daily warehouse activities, establishing priorities and assigning tasks to staff to ensure efficiency across the supply chain. * Ensure timely delivery of materials and explosives as committed, to meet established deadlines efficiently. * Monitor warehouse performance indicators (inventory turnover, stock accuracy, response times), implement corrective actions, and propose improvements to ensure achievement of service and cost objectives. * Supervise warehouse staff performance, provide timely feedback, and train personnel on procedures, best practices, and safety, aiming to strengthen their competencies. * Train and guide warehouse staff on quality procedures, safety protocols, and specific regulations for handling explosives, ensuring correct product delivery, with the aim of strengthening team capabilities and facilitating performance. * Promote training and updating initiatives for staff, encouraging new safe and efficient practices in explosive handling, with the aim of developing the team and improving performance. * Verify that workers comply with safety standards, Written Safe Work Procedures (WSWP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Management Procedures (MP), Integrated Management System Policy, Alcohol and Drugs Policy, Stop Work Policy, Internal Labor Regulations, Internal Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, and all directives issued by the Company, with the aim of ensuring regulatory compliance and preventing incidents. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields. * 1 year of experience in logistics operations and warehouse management. * Knowledge of logistics operations management. * Familiarity with management indicators (KPIs). * Experience with any ERP system. * Valid Driver's License AIIB
