Job Summary: We are seeking a Loader or Blaster for underground mining, responsible for handling and detonating explosives while ensuring safety and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Underground mining operation for extraction of polymetallic minerals. 2. Primary responsibilities in explosive preparation and blasting. 3. Conducting activities under safety and efficiency standards. *The MAXPALA Mining Unit* is an underground mining operation dedicated to extracting polymetallic minerals—primarily gold, silver, lead, and copper—while adhering to safety, efficiency, and environmental responsibility standards. **Requirements:** ✅ Completed secondary education. ✅ Valid SUCAMEC authorization for explosive handling (Mandatory). ✅ Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Loader or Blaster in underground mining. ✅ Knowledge of explosive handling (dynamite, emulsion, ANFO, and blasting accessories). ✅ Knowledge of interpreting blast hole patterns. ✅ Basic knowledge of geomechanics and blasting safety. ✅ Availability to work under the mining labor regime. **Main Responsibilities:** ✅ Prepare primers and load explosives according to the blast hole pattern design. ✅ Perform tying and connection of blasting accessories following established procedures. ✅ Execute blast initiation respecting scheduled times and safety protocols. ✅ Verify safety conditions before, during, and after the blasting process. ✅ Identify and report misfires or explosive-related hazardous conditions. ✅ Monitor explosive and accessory consumption during the shift. ✅ Return surplus materials to the magazine in accordance with current regulations. ✅ Strictly comply with safety procedures and SUCAMEC regulations. **Benefits:** * 14-day on / 7-day off work schedule * Formal employment with all statutory benefits * Market-competitive remuneration * Transportation from Arequipa to the Mining Unit and return * Meals and accommodation provided * Professional development opportunities * Excellent working environment * Ongoing training **Remuneration:** \- Salary: S/110 \- Bonus: S/200 * **Send documented CV \+ Adult Certificate to:** conectandotalentoscv@gmail.com * **Contact:** 928 321 306 Work Location: On-site employment
