**RESPONSIBILITIES** * Act as the liaison between all supervisors and the organization's Project Manager. * Participate in technical meetings with various organization clients. * Lead the planning, execution, and control of all national-level projects or services within the organization. * Coordinate with supervisors on the planning of all organization projects or services: staffing plans, materials and tools plans, Gantt charts, etc. * Manage, with support from the warehouse and logistics department, the timely delivery of tools and materials to supervisors. * Propose improvement actions for the quality management of organization projects or services. * Responsible for generating/reviewing Technical Reports required by the client. * Other duties assigned by the Projects Department. **EXPERIENCE** * More than 5 years managing projects across various sectors including industrial, mechanical, energy, and others, in roles such as project coordinator or project manager. **EDUCATION** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related fields. Degree holder and registered professional. * Technical courses or diplomas in industrial maintenance (desirable). * Master's degree or diploma in project management. * PMP certification (desirable).
