




Job Summary: Perform reception, storage, shipment, cleaning, and maintenance operations for minerals with high standards of safety and quality, ensuring legal compliance and customer satisfaction. MISSION Carry out reception, storage, shipment, cleaning, and maintenance operations within the Mineral System, adhering to high standards of Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Quality, delivering excellent service that meets our customers’ needs while complying with current legal requirements. FUNCTIONS Comply with the mineral reception, storage, and shipment procedure within SM warehouses according to operational scheduling, ensuring achievement of objectives. Perform cleaning and maintenance of the Mineral System and areas designated by the Controller. Comply with current legal regulations and standards required by regulatory bodies. Report any incidents and/or deviations affecting operational continuity during reception, storage, and/or shipment to the Controller. Use assigned consumables and supplies appropriately for each operation. Comply with established Standards, Procedures, Instructions, and PETS. Apply and promote continuous improvement in the Mineral System by providing improvement suggestions. Use assigned work tools appropriately. Actively participate in scheduled trainings. Use general and/or specific Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriately. Perform other duties assigned by management. Inspect mooring and unmooring ropes to ensure proper condition and prevent breakage. Receive and deliver ship’s lines and mooring ropes, securing them properly to bitts at the TPM marginal dock. Execute mooring and rope-handling maneuvers in accordance with Safety and Operations Procedures, maintaining optimal operational and cleanliness conditions, and reporting any anomalies or failures to the Traffic Manager via the Dock Supervisor. Requirements Completed secondary education or technical vocational studies. Knowledge of safety practices. Experience in operational or cargo handling roles (preferred).
