




Our client, a leading company in the asset security sector, is seeking a RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT for the city of AREQUIPA Responsibilities: * Posting job vacancies and maintaining job advertisements on various platforms. * Initial **curriculum filtering** based on basic requirements. * Scheduling and confirming interviews; coordinating with departments. * Managing documentation throughout the recruitment process (assessments, references, candidate files). * Updating candidate statuses in the **ATS** and generating operational reports. * Addressing candidate inquiries and coordinating evaluations/logistics. Requirements: * Currently pursuing or completed technical or undergraduate studies (Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields). * **1–2 years** of experience in administrative or recruitment roles. * Proficiency in Excel.
