DESCRIPTION Eosol Group, a leader in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a **Site Manager** with a solid track record of at least **10 years of experience** to join our team. We specialize in the development, construction, and operation of large-scale **photovoltaic projects**, and we are looking for a passionate professional with a forward-looking vision to lead the execution of our upcoming challenges. As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive supervision of all activities at the construction site of our photovoltaic projects. This includes detailed planning, resource management (human, materials, and equipment), cost control, quality assurance, and adherence to delivery schedules. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that each project is completed successfully, meeting the highest standards of safety and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and direct daily operations at photovoltaic project construction sites. * Manage and coordinate work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and effective collaboration. * Supervise construction execution, guaranteeing compliance with design drawings, technical specifications, and current regulations. * Control the project budget by managing material, labor, and equipment costs, and implement measures to optimize profitability. * Establish and maintain a rigorous on-site safety program, ensuring compliance with all occupational health and safety policies and procedures. * Ensure work quality by implementing quality control plans and conducting periodic inspections. * Manage permits and licenses required for project execution. * Prepare regular progress reports for management, detailing project status, milestones achieved, potential risks, and corrective actions. * Resolve issues and make quick, effective decisions to mitigate delays or unforeseen events. * Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and finance departments to ensure alignment and project success. **Essential Requirements:** * University degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Industrial) or related field. * **Minimum of 10 years of proven experience** in project management, with significant focus on **photovoltaic projects**. * In-depth knowledge of photovoltaic plant construction phases, from site preparation to commissioning. * Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors. * Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, and control (MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools). * Advanced knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations on construction sites. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written). **Desirable Qualifications:** * Master's degree or postgraduate studies in project management or renewable energies. * Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile). * Experience in EPC contract management. * Proficiency in English (spoken and written). * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
