




Mission or objective: Efficiently supervise resources (equipment and personnel) and lead the management of safety, machinery, and personnel operations to fulfill the established contract and/or service (Bulk Technology, Electronic Initiation System, Product Support, Plasma) with the client, ensuring compliance with Enaex's and the client's regulations, policies, and procedures. Additionally, responsible for leading actions and decisions taken within the operational unit. Functions: * Organize the daily work of assigned personnel. * Verify correct programming and/or connection of detonators. * Verify availability of resources for operations, or request them timely. * Review blasting activities before and after execution. * Ensure the work team has the necessary tools to perform tasks. * Collect information and generate reports regarding the blasting process. * Conduct site inspections for blasting feasibility and safety analysis. * Verify reconciliation of explosives magazines and their relation to loaded shots. * Assist in planning replenishment for factory trucks. * Ensure achievement of team goals and timelines. * Guide and correct employee behaviors. * Monitor team performance and support member development. * Ensure customer needs are met. Requirements: * Desirable 4 years of experience in blasting processes. * Degree holder, registered and licensed professional engineer in mining engineering, geology, or related fields. * Desirable knowledge in risk prevention. * Proficiency in design and simulation software. * Cost analysis skills. * Knowledge of use and characteristics of equipment associated with blasting processes. * Vibration analysis and slope stability control. * Strong awareness of safety and environmental protection. * Desirable Class AIIB driver's license
