Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Technician with experience to manage accounting records, payment controls, travel expenses, and documentation, as well as support quotation and invoicing activities. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in purchase registration and accounts payable control 2. Proficiency in the S.I.P.A.N system and travel expense settlement control 3. Knowledge of invoicing, system shipping guides, and Sol key EDUCATION: Accounting Technician; Bachelor's degree in Accounting EXPERIENCE More than 1 year. RESPONSIBILITIES \- Purchase registration and accounts payable control. \- Scheduling of withholding payments. \- Operation of the S.I.P.A.N system. \- Control and recording of travel expense settlements. \- Closing invoice receipt processes and preparing invoices for the accountant. \- Preparing quotations and responding to customer emails. \- Document control for insurance policies, SCTR, and SOAT. \- Knowledge of invoicing, system shipping guides, and Sol key. \- Other duties as required by the position.
