RESPONSIBILITIES \-Purchase recording and accounts payable control. \-Withholding tax scheduling. \-ERP system (S.I.P.A.M) operation—not mandatory. \-Control and recording of travel allowance settlements. \-Perform invoice receipt closing and prepare invoices for the accountant. \-Prepare quotations and respond to customer emails. \-Documentary control of insurance policies, SCTR, and SOAT. \-Knowledge of invoicing, shipping guides in the system, and SOL key. \-Other duties as required by the position.
