Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support pre-preparation and preparation of dishes, soups, desserts, and refreshments, as well as performing mise en place. Key Highlights: 1. Active collaboration in kitchen operations and support functions We are currently recruiting 01 Kitchen Assistant. KITCHEN ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS Completed secondary education (certificate) 1 year of experience in related positions Minimum 6 months of work experience in mining camps. Availability to work at the Arequipa mining camp on a 20x10 schedule. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the cook and/or head chef with pre-preparation and/or preparation of dishes Preparation of soups Preparation of desserts and refreshments Perform mise en place Provide support in tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
