




Position Summary: A legal professional responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing labor documentation; providing legal and labor support; and handling personnel-related processes. Verification of compliance with labor legislation and corporate policies Responsibilities: * Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, renewals, addendums, and other labor-related documentation. * Provide legal\-labor support to various departments of the company. * Manage hiring, termination, resignation, and separation processes for personnel in accordance with applicable regulations. * Prepare memoranda, pre-notice letters, disciplinary sanction letters, and other documents related to disciplinary procedures. * Monitor labor cases and provide support in resolving conflicts between employees and the company. * Assist during labor inspections and respond to requests from SUNAFIL, MTPE, or other competent authorities. * Verify compliance with labor legislation, the Internal Work Regulations, and corporate policies. * Maintain up-to-date personnel files and labor documentation. * Prepare reports and summaries related to labor relations. * Advise and guide staff on internal labor-related inquiries. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Law (mandatory). * Minimum of 1 year of experience in labor relations, human resources, or labor legal departments. * Knowledge of current Peruvian labor legislation. * Proficiency in drafting and managing employment contracts, addendums, and agreements. * Familiarity with disciplinary procedures, warnings, suspensions, and separations. * Knowledge of resignation, employment termination, severance settlements, and social benefits. * Experience responding to requests from SUNAFIL, MTPE, or other regulatory bodies (preferred). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Analytical ability, sound legal judgment, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
