Working Hours: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (8 hours), flexible schedule \- 6 days per week (DAY OFF: Tuesday) Overtime pay and bonuses for national holiday campaigns (Mixtura Festival) and Arequipa Anniversary (FIA 2026\) Responsibilities: \- Preparation of pastry products (mixing, baking, and decorating) \- Support in panettone production (cutting, rounding, baking) \- Contributing to workshop cleaning and organization Requirements: \- Graduated or currently completing pastry studies, with culinary knowledge. \- Experience in pastry workshops (workflow dynamics and production) \- Punctuality and responsibility \- Proactivity and commitment to work Pastry workshop located in the Paucarpata district; living nearby is recommended.
