Required Profile * Graduate of a gastronomy institute or school (mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience in gastronomy or hospitality. * Knowledge of quality standards and procedures. * Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), health regulations, and food safety. * Proficiency in food service and preparation techniques. * Age between 24 and 50 years. Main Responsibilities * Prepare dishes according to orders and specified timeframes. * Organize, supervise, and control the assigned kitchen area. * Manage and verify supply replenishment. * Maintain inventory records (Kardex and warehouse). * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations.
