Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant to support food preparation, maintain cleanliness and order, and comply with hygiene and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to work under pressure We are looking for a kitchen assistant who supports the chef and cooks in food preparation (peeling, cutting, mixing), maintains cleanliness and order in the workplace, and complies with hygiene and safety standards. REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in similar positions. * Food handler’s certificate. * Basic knowledge of food cutting and handling. * Speed and ability to work under pressure. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Food preparation. * Culinary assistance in preparation and plating. * Maintaining order and hygiene in the workplace. * Inventory management of supplies. * Providing support in other areas as required. FULL-TIME SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 20-minute lunch break (lunch provided by the company), Monday through Sunday. DAY OFF: Tuesday SALARY: Salary ranges between 1400 to 1500 Peruvian soles per month, depending on performance. WORK LOCATION: Hunter NOTES: The company will provide uniforms (apron, polo shirt, shirt, trousers) and safety footwear. Salary: S/.1,400.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
