At **Puerto 92**, a leading cevichería in Arequipa, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Production Operator** for our facility located in **La Pampilla (José Luis Bustamante y Rivero)**. If you are organized, punctual, and eager to learn in the gastronomy sector, we want you on our team! **What will you do?** * Support in receiving and cleaning marine and vegetable ingredients. * Cutting, preparation, and portioning of food (mise en place). * Support in packaging and dispatching products to our branches. * Maintain strict order and cleanliness in the production facility. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in similar roles (kitchen assistant, production, or warehouse). * **Attitude:** Strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and teamwork. * **Availability:** Immediate. **We Offer (Choose your modality):** **1\.
