





REQUIREMENTS: * Only graduates in Administration, Industrial Relations. * 6 months of experience in similar positions * Knowledge of current Labor Legislation * Experience in the mining sector (Desirable) * Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills RESPONSIBILITIES: * Timely preparation of payroll, vacation, bonuses, gratifications, CTS, profits, as well as bonuses and severance payments, preparing the necessary information and documentation and ensuring correct application of concepts. * Settlements, calculation of social benefits, AFP, 5th Category Income Tax, SCTR, etc. * Update entries, terminations, and changes of information in T Registro. * Control deductions for advances, loans, family insurance, various deductions, vacation advances, etc. * Enable personnel for different mining units (Bambas, Marcobre, Antapacay) * Schedule medical examinations * Monitor vacations, days taken, compensated days, accumulations * Conduct personnel recruitment, screening, interviews, proper selection and hiring.
