Our commitment is to develop projects responsibly, ensuring sustainable growth and the well-being of our employees. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Guarantee and execute the efficient implementation of the drilling program, ensuring compliance with established procedures. * Manage the project to achieve the monthly production target set for the project. * Manage human, technical, and financial resources required for operations, preventing standby time due to lack of resources. * Lead the team to achieve total operating hours exceeding 50%. * Inspect areas for road and platform construction before and after operations. * Continuously supervise drilling process progress to achieve production levels meeting company expectations, proposing solutions to any operational issues that may arise. * Fully report to the operations coordinator all suggestions, complaints, and claims made by the client during the project. * Manage labor and commercial relationships with different departments within the company and with the client. ***Job Requirements:*** * Minimum 5 years of experience in drilling projects. * Valid driver's license AI or AIIB. * Professional degree and professional registration in Mining Engineering or related field. * Certification for hazardous materials transportation (MATPEL, HAZMAT, etc.).
