Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise mechanical assemblies and metal-mechanical structures, reporting progress and deviations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Interpret isometric drawings and P&ID diagrams for mechanical assemblies. 2. Perform assembly of metal-mechanical structures and equipment. 3. Coordinate with mining supervision and planning. **OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES** * Interpret isometric drawings and P\&ID (Process and Instrumentation) diagrams applied to mechanical assemblies. * Execute assembly of metal-mechanical structures and mechanical equipment according to technical specifications. * Coordinate with the mining unit supervision and the master planning department. * Report production progress and deviations in the workshop/mine management system. **REQUIREMENTS** * Licensed and registered professional. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in similar positions within metal-mechanical/mining projects. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** or **SolidWorks** (intermediate level). * Expertise in mechanical, structural, and piping drawings. * Rigor and fieldwork supervision capability. * Valid driver's license **A2B** (minimum 2 years). * Immediate availability and residence in Arequipa.
