Ensure the operation of auxiliary services **Date:** Aug 1, 2026 **Location:** 04 \- AREQUIPA, PE **\#job\-location.job\-location\-inline { display:** inline; } **Company:** Buenaventura At Buenaventura, we are currently seeking one (1) Shift Mine Manager - Unit for one of our mining units. **Main Responsibilities:** Plan, organize, direct, and control the monthly and annual exploitation, development, and operational programs. Coordinate with Geology and Planning departments on short-, medium-, and long-term exploration and development activities. Ensure SSO management for personnel by leading the team in strict adherence to safety procedures and standards. Coordinate, direct, and supervise operational work execution with ECMs (Mining Contracting Companies). Inspect and ensure continuous operation of auxiliary services: ventilation, drainage and pumping, electrical power, compressed air, drilling water, and road maintenance. **Professional Profile:** Licensed Mining Engineer Five (5) years of underground mining operations experience (mandatory) Driver's License A\-I (experience driving in mining environments) Willingness to work under a mining unit regime **IMPORTANT!** Buenaventura does not request any payments to participate in its selection processes.
