Therefore, we are looking for personnel to fill the position of PURCHASING ASSISTANT. What profile are we looking for? * Graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, logistics, or similar roles. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. * Basic knowledge of procurement and logistics processes. * Organized, proactive, responsible individual with attention to detail and ability to work in a team. Main Responsibilities: * Manage quotations and track purchases with local suppliers. * Prepare purchase orders and service orders in the ERP system. * Coordinate timely supply of inputs and monitor deliveries. * Control procurement documentation (invoices, waybills, quality certificates, and technical specifications). * Maintain updated supplier records and provide administrative support to the Procurement Department.
