Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Development Coordinator for an environmental monitoring company, responsible for prospecting, acquiring, and retaining customers, as well as managing quotations and tenders. Active participation in tendering and negotiation processes A leading company in the environmental monitoring sector is searching for top talent to fill the position of **Commercial Development Coordinator**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Residency in Arequipa **(MANDATORY)** * Degree or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial roles, business development, customer management, and/or tendering—preferably within B2B service companies. * Management of medium- and large-scale projects. * Negotiation skills with clients and suppliers in the sector. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Customer prospecting, acquisition, development, and retention. * Preparation, presentation, and follow-up of quotations and commercial proposals. * Commercial negotiation and follow-up until opportunity closure. * Management and follow-up of the customer portfolio. * Tracking of commercial KPIs and preparation of management reports. * Participation in and/or management of tendering processes. * Coordination with operational departments for service delivery. * Familiarity with environmental and occupational monitoring services is preferred. * Tracking of purchase orders, acceptance documents, and support in collections management. * Proficiency in Excel and commercial management tools. **Work Location:** Arequipa, with availability for nationwide travel.
