Job Objective:** To support the proper operational management of the store through efficient merchandise control, dispatch assistance, and appropriate customer service—contributing to store organization, traceability, and end-customer satisfaction. **2. Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and record incoming merchandise, ensuring alignment with delivery notes and shipping documents. * Execute product dispatches according to orders, guaranteeing accuracy, timeliness, and appropriate handling conditions. * Record inventory receipts, issuances, losses, and available stock. * Monitor and control final-customer deliveries, validating receipt confirmations and acceptance documentation. * Support in-store customer service by providing clear information and delivering an appropriate service experience. * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and accurate product labeling in both warehouse and dispatch areas. **3. Requirements:** * Graduate in Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level). * Customer-oriented mindset. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. **4.
