We are a growing metal-mechanical company and are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our team. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate in Industrial Administration or related technical fields in administration. * Six months of experience as a pre-professional intern or professional. * Intermediate Excel proficiency, duly certified. * Basic knowledge of logistics and warehousing. * We seek a communicative, proactive individual who works well in teams and can provide practical solutions to various job-related challenges. * Female candidates are preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES · Register material inflows and outflows in the warehouse using MS Excel for accurate inventory control. · Distribute materials to designated locations according to company procedures to maintain proper order. · Notify the logistics department of any material irregularities detected upon receipt or during storage to ensure accurate control. · Register invoices in the company’s system according to position-specific procedures. · Support the logistics department in assigned tasks to achieve departmental objectives. · No physical effort (e.g., lifting materials) is required.
