**Job Opening – FLIGHT ATTENDANT** Company: EMMA Project: Pampa Cachendo – Tía María **Work Schedule: 21 days on / 7 days off** Employment Type: Direct hire with full statutory benefits **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Experience in customer service or similar roles (e.g., cleaning assistant, waiter/waitress, dispatcher). * Basic knowledge of: * Standards for quality customer service. * Occupational safety regulations. * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, safety, and environmental protection. * Quality management systems ISO 9001, 14001, 22000 and/or OHSAS 18001 (preferred). **Responsibilities:** * Deliver high-quality food and beverage service. * Assist in preparing refreshments, packed lunches, breakfasts, and simple sauces. * Monitor and record diner attendance. * Perform cleaning and restocking of tableware, service modules, and the dining area before, during, and after service. * Comply with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. * Report incidents and participate in safety training sessions and drills. **Competencies:** * Customer orientation. * Effective communication. * Stress tolerance. * Productivity and dynamism. **Conditions:** * Work schedule: 21 days on / 7 days off. * Applicants must reside in: Arequipa, Cusco, Puno, Moquegua, Tacna, or Lima. * Direct employment with full statutory benefits from day one.
