Compliance with occupational safety and health standards **Job Opening – HOSTESS** Company: EMMA Project: Tía María **Work Schedule: 21 days on / 7 days off** Employment Type: Full payroll registration with 100% statutory benefits **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Experience in customer service or similar positions (e.g., cleaning assistant, waiter, dispatcher). * Basic knowledge of: * Standards for excellent customer service. * Occupational safety standards. * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, safety, and environmental care. * Quality management systems ISO 9001, 14001, 22000 and/or OSHAS 18001 (desirable). **Responsibilities:** * Deliver high-quality food and beverage service. * Assist in preparing beverages, snacks, breakfasts, and simple sauces. * Monitor and record diner access. * Perform cleaning and restocking of tableware, modules, and the dining area before, during, and after service. * Comply with safety, occupational health, and environmental standards. * Report incidents and participate in safety trainings and drills. **Competencies:** * Customer orientation. * Effective communication. * Stress tolerance. * Productivity and dynamism. * Adaptability. **Conditions:** * Work schedule: 21 days of work / 7 days of rest. * Applicants must reside in: Arequipa, Cusco, Puno, Moquegua, Tacna, or Lima. * Full payroll registration from day one, with all statutory benefits.
