Management of activations and after-sales processes **What will be your mission?** To deliver excellent in-store customer service by advising and offering our products and services, ensuring an agile, efficient, and high-quality shopping experience. **What will you do?** * Serve and advise customers in-store. * Promote and sell top-ups, plans, prepaid and postpaid lines. * Manage line activations and after-sales processes. * Address customer inquiries and complaints. * Operate the cash register system. * Achieve sales targets and performance indicators. **What are we looking for?** * Experience in sales and customer service. * Strong communication skills and service orientation. * Focus on achieving goals and delivering results. Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.3,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
