Position Summary: Coordinate and execute electronic blasting operations, ensuring correct detonation and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and planning of blasting operations. 2. End-to-end management of the blasting process, from design to detonation. 3. Preparation of reports and post-blast support. **Mission or Objective**: Execute the electronic initiation process for blasting to ensure correct detonation according to customer requirements. **Responsibilities**: * Plan and coordinate tasks with personnel involved in blasting operations. * Ensure adequate stock levels of Daveytronic products at the operation site. * Perform blasting design, programming, connection, checking, charging, and detonation. * Collect data from the blasting process and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators, progress, anomalies, downstream post-blast result tracking support, and improvement opportunities. * Conduct training sessions on products and their properties. * Ensure customer needs are met by addressing their requirements and expectations. * Coordinate blasting operations with the customer and provide process reports. **Requirements**: * Preferably 1 year of experience in mining. * Mining Technician or related field degree. * Desirable knowledge of blasting processes. * Preferably A2b or A1 driver’s license (issued at least 3 years ago)
