Comprehensive human resources management A telecommunications freight company is seeking the most qualified personnel who wish to join a solid organization offering opportunities for growth and professional development to fill the position of HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT **REQUIREMENTS**: * · Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields. * · Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources. * · Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. * · Knowledge of labor legislation and HR tools. * · Experience in personnel administration. * · Experience with payroll systems, AFPnet, PLAME, T\-Register. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * · Management and updating of employee files. * · Attendance tracking, including tardiness, leave requests, medical leaves, and vacations. * · Contract management and labor documentation (T\-Register, hiring and termination records). * · Support in calculating social benefits and coordinating with accounting for payroll processing. * · Processing advance payment requests and managing related documentation. * · Maintaining up-to-date employee database. * · Supporting recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. * · Liaising with regulatory entities such as SUNAFIL and MINTRA. * · Guiding employees through various HR-related procedures. * · Assisting in organizing internal company activities. * · Other duties. **BENEFITS**: * .Inclusion in payroll * .Opportunity for professional growth Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,300\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
