Job Opening – **Kitchen Assistant** Company: EMMA Project: Pampa Cachendo – Tía María Work Schedule: 21 days on / 7 days off Employment Type: Direct hire with full statutory benefits from day one **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Previous roles: cleaning assistant, waiter, kitchen assistant. * Basic knowledge of: * Tools and utensils used in food preparation. * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Storage Practices (GSP). * HACCP, occupational safety, and environmental protection. * ISO 9001, 14001, 22000, and/or OSHAS 18001 quality management systems (preferred). **Main Responsibilities:** * Inspect kitchen tools and equipment prior to operations. * Prepare and organize ingredients for food preparation. * Prepare and label daily food samples for safety analysis. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area. * Support cooking processes according to the established schedule. * Comply with quality, safety, and environmental standards. * Report incidents and participate in safety training and drills. **Competencies:** * Customer orientation. * Effective communication. * Stress tolerance. * Productivity. * Teamwork. **Conditions:** * Work schedule: 21 days on / 7 days off. * Applicants must reside in: Arequipa, Cusco, Puno, Moquegua, Tacna, or Lima. * Direct hire from day one, with all statutory benefits.
