This role is critical in creating a professional, empathetic, and trustworthy first impression. The person in this position will be responsible for client intake management, administrative support, and general office coordination, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience. **Responsibilities** **Client Intake & Communication** * Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally * Conduct intake interviews with accuracy and empathy * Communicate clearly and effectively in **Spanish and English** * Schedule consultations and manage attorneys’ and paralegals’ calendars **Administrative Support** * Answer and route calls, ensuring proper message handling * Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) * Draft and send routine correspondence under supervision * Prepare, scan, and file legal documents * Assist with deadline tracking and case management **Office Coordination** * Support billing and payment processes * Provide general administrative support to the legal team * Keep calendars updated and inform the team of key dates **Requirements** * Language: **Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written)** Experience: * 1+ years in intake or administrative roles at **law firms** (U.S. experience is a plus) * Prior experience in **family law** is highly valued * Excellent customer service skills and professional handling of sensitive situations * Experience managing escalations * Strong organizational and time-management skills * High level of discretion and confidential information handling #marketing25 Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
