JOB STATEMENT Perform and fulfill assigned mechanical tasks related to the services we provide to our customers; ensuring adherence to the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management System guidelines. Carry out mechanical\-welding tasks during hot work activities (e.g., welding, cutting, grinding, etc). JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare all required documentation prior to performing any task, in accordance with standard procedures and internal company regulations. Evaluate and complete the respective Safety forms before commencing any activity, in line with company standards and current regulations. Perform all tasks safely, orderly, and cleanly at all times. Install equipment and tools to be used during SAG mill liner and ball replacement. Operate pneumatic and hydraulic wrenches to remove bolts and washers from liners being replaced. Push out used liners using pneumatic and hydraulic hammers. Repair or replace defective machine and equipment components or parts. Adjust bolts and verify the pressure of pneumatic wrenches used for this task. Also verify bolt torque tables as applicable. Coordinate with the company responsible for verifying and calibrating pneumatic equipment for periodic inspections during service. Conduct machinery and equipment inspections, as well as measurements and recording of results. Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specialized information according to standards and specifications. Apply industrial/environmental quality and safety technical standards. Use resources and tools appropriately, maintaining tools organized and in good condition. Operate pneumatic, hydraulic, torque, and precision wrenches. Perform mill liner replacement and equipment maintenance activities during concentrator plant shutdowns or in wet and dry areas. Support scaffolding assembly up to a maximum height of 4\.8 m. Support tool storage management, subject to prior qualification and upon request by immediate supervisor. Propose best practices to keep work procedures updated and support continuous improvement. Define usage, status, and applicability of resources under your responsibility. Inspect and prepare tools and materials for service. Fulfill all labor obligations corresponding to you under applicable legislation and internal company regulations, including those related to occupational safety and health—both for the company and its clients (e.g., comply with the Management System requirements, SST Policy, RIT, RISST, Safety Standards, procedures, as well as control measures identified in IPERC, PETS, PETAR, and ATS; use PPE, attend scheduled trainings, report incidents, accidents or unsafe conditions, ensure order and cleanliness, stop any activity posing significant risk to personnel life and health and/or the environment; comply with ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, as applicable; and others); and supervise compliance by your team.
