The **mozo or azafata** is the person responsible for providing attention and service to personnel working in the mining camp, ensuring a comfortable, hygienic, and orderly experience in dining areas and common spaces. Their work directly contributes to worker well-being and satisfaction by maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene. For these reasons, we are currently seeking 02 mozos to cover this area. REQUIREMENTS: * Attend workers in the dining hall, service lines. * Prepare, set up, and restock service stations (beverages, salads, buffet, desserts, etc.). * Maintain order and cleanliness of dining areas, tables, trays, and utensils. * Assist in receiving, distributing, and transporting food from the kitchen. * Supervise and comply with current hygiene, food safety, and industrial safety regulations at the worksite. * Perform cleaning of assigned areas such as dining rooms, common-use rooms, or sanitary facilities according to schedule. * Collaborate with the kitchen team in operational tasks as needed. * Provide kind, respectful, and efficient service to camp personnel. **Skills and Competencies** * Good interpersonal skills, cordiality, and service orientation. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Speed and efficiency in repetitive tasks. * Ability to work under pressure and on rotating shifts. * Commitment to mining safety standards and hygiene protocols. * Responsibility, proactivity, and organization. * Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, kitchen helper, casino assistant, or in customer service. * Knowledge of food handling (preferably with a certified course). * Availability to work under a **shift system** (14X7\). * Health compatible with high-altitude geographical work, if applicable. * Excellent personal appearance. * Travel availability. * Age between 18 and 30 years old. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment contract from day one. * 100% coverage of meals and accommodation.
