




Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Advisor to manage leads, schedule appointments, apply sales techniques, and maintain customer information in the SPERANT CRM. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and review leads daily in the SPERANT CRM. 2. Make calls and schedule appointments using sales techniques. 3. Complete the entire sales process and update reports. We are Alferza Desarrolladora Inmobiliaria, an Arequipa-based real estate development company dedicated to creating inspiring and enduring spaces through multifamily housing projects, contributing to the development of our city and country; we are looking for talented individuals like you for the position of: **COMMERCIAL ADVISOR** **REQUIREMENTS**: * Academic Background: Technical, university, or incomplete studies in Administration, Commercial Engineering, Marketing, Accounting, Education, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 1 year as a sales advisor or in customer service. Experience in the real estate sector or automobile sales is a plus! * Availability: Must be available to work Monday through Saturday. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage and review assigned leads daily in our SPERANT CRM. * Make calls following our protocols to schedule appointments with potential customers. * Organize and conduct appointments applying our sales techniques. * Keep prospect and customer information up to date in the SPERANT CRM. * Complete the entire sales process. * Update daily reports on calls made, appointments scheduled, and visits conducted. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment registration (payroll) * Work schedule from Monday to Saturday * Health insurance (EPS) Salary: S/.1,130.00 \- S/.1,200.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
