A prominent software company in Paucarpata is seeking **SALES EXECUTIVES** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Professionals holding degrees in Commercial Engineering, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Proficiency in using systems or software. * Strong verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities. * Must reside in Arequipa city (mandatory) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Daily prospecting of cold and warm leads generated via social media, websites, and other channels. * Daily follow-up on pending activities for each open prospect. * Recording and tracking all actions and tasks performed for each prospect in the company's CRM. * Closing sales with clients to meet weekly and monthly targets. * Delivering system demonstrations to highly interested prospects. * Reporting daily sales results to direct supervisor. * Managing and monitoring key KPIs, including number of sales, process compliance, sales effectiveness, among others. **BENEFITS:** * Base salary: S/. 1295 (subject to contribution deductions) \+ variable commission-based earnings **(ranging from 500 to 3500 soles)** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:30 * 1-hour lunch break * Formal employment registration from day one (Remype regime) * Essalud health insurance * Life insurance as mandated by law * 15 days of annual vacation * No bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), or family allowance provided. * Ongoing training and development ***APPLY NOW AND JOIN OUR TEAM!*** Salary: S/.1,295\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
