




**REQUIREMENTS** * Professional in Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Nutrition or related fields. * Intermediate level in Office tools * General knowledge of Management Systems * Knowledge of Good Handling Practices * 01 years in similar positions\- Food Concession (Dining Hall) **FUNCTIONS** * Supervise and verify the quality of raw materials and finished products. * Monitor compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the production chain. * Inspect the warehouse, verifying product rotation and stock. * Supervise food preparation procedures and report weekly to management. * Supervise and control the quantity and organoleptic quality of provisions, meats, fruits, vegetables, tubers, ensuring proper storage conditions. * Propose improvements regarding better nutritional balance, requirements and preferences of diners.
