RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads (search, display, video), and TikTok Ads to achieve company goals. * Define precise target audiences using advanced targeting tools and data analysis on each platform. * Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments based on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to maximize effectiveness. * Oversee digital strategies to ensure alignment with marketing objectives, from lead generation to conversion and brand growth. * Create detailed and understandable reports on campaign performance, including result analysis and improvement recommendations. * Collaborate closely with designers and content creators to develop ads that resonate with the target audience. * Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and other platforms to measure and optimize campaigns. * Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve the website's organic visibility in search engines. * Plan and execute segmented email marketing campaigns, personalized A/B testing, ensuring proper integration with other digital strategies. REQUIREMENTS: * Previous experience of at least 1\-2 years managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram Ads), Google Ads (search, display, video), and TikTok Ads. * Practical experience in SEO optimization to improve organic visibility in search engines and proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console and SEMrush. Mastery of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and email analytics tools for tracking and optimizing campaigns, as well as the ability to interpret metrics and generate reports.
