Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible General Services Technician with experience in maintenance, painting, electrical work, masonry, and plumbing to join our team. With over 38 years of market experience, we are currently seeking: GENERAL SERVICES TECHNICIAN \- AREQUIPA REQUIREMENTS: Availability to work in Arequipa, located one block from Av. Miguel Forga (Minivan Terminal to Moquegua) Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Responsible, punctual, and proactive individual Minimum 2 years of certified experience as a handyman or general services technician FUNCTIONS: Maintenance: Maintenance and repair of chairs, desks, tables, doors, gates, locks, benches, partitions, furniture, blinds, shelves, filing cabinets, general furniture, lockers, glass and partitions, cabinets, general carpentry, support repairs, whiteboard installation, furniture anchoring, coat racks or other materials. Painting: Wall and ceiling painting, street painting (pedestrian crossings) and curbs, safe zone painting, security equipment/cabinets painting, door, grilles, and access points painting, signage or graphic painting per design, Sign and/or base painting, operational standard–compliant boundary marking painting, ecological point painting, metallic structure painting (doors, windows, etc.) Electrical Work: Light fixture replacement, electrical outlet installation, light fixture cleaning, cable routing, equipment connections, switch installation, socket replacement, Light fixture protector replacement, electrical cable conduit installation, electrical outlet and light fixture repairs, other tasks required by operations, photocell cleaning Masonry and Plumbing: Wall, sidewalk, or civil construction repair due to damage or observation; wall or floor chipping; minor constructions such as slopes, ramps, curbs, stops, parapets; wall or fence repairs in poor condition, Tile replacement, ceramic, mosaic, or porcelain tile installation, Concrete floor construction and repair, demolition of minor structures, anchor point installation on a base, drywall work including patching, removal, and painting, water pipe repair, Water connection repair, faucet replacement, valve replacement, General clog resolution.
