




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide operational and logistical support, plan procurement, manage inventories, and coordinate with suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and preparation of reports **Requirements:** * Technical or university degrees in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or related fields. * Proficiency in digital tools * Basic knowledge of regulations and technical processes (ISO, SANIPES, INACAL). * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, and Saturdays, 9 am to 12 am. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide operational and logistical support ensuring material supply and coordination with Lima. * Support monthly procurement planning and control. * Manage the Kardex for inventory and movement control. * Prepare materials and maintain office order. * Contact and coordinate with analysts and inspectors; keep the field staff database up to date. * Manage material shipments and receipt, meeting deadlines and ensuring supply to cover services. * Prepare reports and visual matrices for internal and external meetings.
