JOB OBJECTIVE Provide commercial department support in customer service and follow-up, preparation and tracking of quotations, and coordination of technical and commercial information with the Technical Office, Production, and Administration departments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Support customer service and follow-up for current and potential clients. * Gather technical information required to prepare quotations for metal-mechanical services. * Coordinate with the Technical Office regarding necessary information and costs for quotations. * Assist in preparing, reviewing, and sending commercial quotations. * Track sent quotations and maintain updated status records. * Support follow-up on purchase orders, work orders, and commercial documentation. * Coordinate and internally track approved services with involved departments. * Maintain up-to-date databases of customers, quotations, and commercial opportunities. * Assist in preparing reports and commercial prospecting activities. REQUIREMENTS * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in **Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields**. * Interest in pursuing a career in **technical sales and commercial management**. * Basic knowledge of metal-mechanical manufacturing processes and services. * Familiarity with blueprint interpretation is desirable. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office, especially Excel**. * Prior internship, technical sales, or industrial/metal-mechanical industry experience is desirable. * Previous sales experience is not mandatory.
