We are seeking an Electrical Engineering graduate with ambition and technical rigor to join the construction and implementation team for the hybrid electric power generation system at Minera Titán del Perú (Arequipa). **Candidate Profile** * Education: Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Professional Internship modality is mandatory). * Additional Training: Courses related to the mining sector and solid knowledge of reading engineering drawings, single-line diagrams, and current electrical regulations. * Prior Experience: Certificates of pre\-professional or professional internships in the mining sector or in large-scale electromechanical installation projects. **Essential Requirements** * Graduation certificate and/or Bachelor’s degree certificate. * Mining Certification: Submit prior internship certificates in mining or certifications in mining safety/electrical specialization. * Competencies: Proactivity, organizational ability, excellent technical writing skills, and willingness to work under shift-based schedules. **Main Responsibilities** Under the direct supervision of the Resident Engineer, the assistant will perform the following duties: * Technical Documentation: Assist in preparing and controlling test protocols, system commissioning documents, punch lists, and Quality Dossier management. * Resource Management: Coordinate procurement and logistics of critical materials and tools required for site operations. * Personnel Control: Assist in supervising work crews and ensure personnel have up-to-date technical information for execution. * Construction Progress Tracking: Collaborate in daily progress monitoring against the project schedule (grounding grid and grounding pit). * Administrative Support: Assist in managing staff arrivals and departures. **Position Conditions** * **Position Type:** Full-time, Temporary (Construction Phase). * **Contract Duration:** 3 months. * **Work Schedule:** **20x10** (20 working days followed by 10 days off) * **Labor Regime:** MYPE (Microenterprise regime) — benefits applicable only to microenterprises. * **Benefits:** Round\-trip transportation costs to your city of origin are covered for each departure.
