**Requirements** Profession: Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering. Education: Degree holder and licensed professional. Desirable specialization: Power electrical systems, substations, inverters, SCADA. **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience in EPC electrical construction projects; experience in solar or energy projects is desirable. Experience in electrical testing, energization, and installation of power equipment. **Conditions** Work mode: On-site. Location: Babylon Solar Project 200 MWAC – La Joya, Arequipa. Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day. **Main Responsibilities** Verify electrical installation compliance with reviewed single-line diagrams. Supervise installation of switchgear, panels, conduits, transformers, and associated equipment. Witness electrical tests and supervise energization activities. Validate technical compliance of inverters, transformers, switchgear, and power equipment. Inspect installations according to technical datasheets and IEC/IEEE standards. Support SAT, PR, and commissioning processes. Prepare electrical reports for weekly and monthly dashboards. Identify and manage non-conformities.
