Opportunity for professional development and continuous learning. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. * Must reside in Arequipa. * Minimum 6 months of experience in metal-mechanical companies. * Proficiency in mechanical design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar). * Strong desire to learn and grow professionally. * Proactivity, responsibility, and commitment. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support supervision of metal-mechanical manufacturing processes. * Prepare and review mechanical drawings and technical specifications. * Monitor the use of materials, equipment, and tools. * Support planning and tracking of work orders. * Verify compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards. * Provide technical support for assembly, maintenance, and repair of structures and equipment. * Prepare technical reports and progress updates. * Coordinate with production and maintenance departments.
