JOB DESCRIPTION Eosol Group seeks to incorporate a Mechanical Supervisor with experience in the solar sector into its team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and executing mechanical work in photovoltaic solar projects, ensuring compliance with established quality, safety, and schedule standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise on-site work teams, assigning tasks and ensuring their proper execution. * Plan and organize the material and human resources required for mechanical activities. * Monitor and control construction progress, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, as well as the company’s internal procedures. * Supervise the correct installation and assembly of structures, solar trackers, and other mechanical components. * Conduct quality inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with project technical specifications. * Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to contractual agreements. * Prepare technical and progress reports on construction status. * Participate in resolving technical and operational issues arising during project execution. * Collaborate closely with other departments (engineering, electrical, etc.) to ensure integration and project success. **Requirements:** * Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Mechanics, Maintenance, or related field. * Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Mechanical Supervisor, preferably in the renewable energy sector, specifically in photovoltaic projects. * In-depth knowledge of metal structures, mounting systems, solar trackers, and other mechanical components of photovoltaic plants. * Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, and technical documentation. * Experience in work team management and leadership. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations applicable to construction sites. * Willingness to travel and work in various geographic locations as required by project needs. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (desirable). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office). * Training in Occupational Risk Prevention. * Experience using project management tools.
