Position Summary: We are seeking a process analyst to design, document, and optimize company processes, ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify improvement opportunities and standardize procedures **WHO ARE WE?** **FEMACO** is a Peruvian family-owned company that began operations in **1990**, dedicated to the **distribution and marketing of construction materials**, as well as the **rental of formwork, equipment, and sale of construction supplies**. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** A process analyst who designs, documents, and optimizes company processes, ensuring operational efficiency, cost reduction, compliance with standards, and continuous improvement aligned with strategic objectives. * Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in this role. * Knowledge of process management and continuous improvement, KPI generation, and quality measurement tools. **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Map, analyze, and document operational and administrative processes. * Identify improvement opportunities, bottlenecks, and risks in processes. * Develop process diagrams. * Coordinate with involved departments to ensure proper implementation of improvements. * Standardize procedures and develop internal manuals and policies. * Support digital transformation and process automation initiatives. * Conduct internal process audits and ensure compliance. * Train users on new processes or implemented improvements. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Full social benefits (CTS and Bonus). * Competitive market-based salary. * Pleasant work environment. * Career development path.
