




MISSION Ensure proper compliance with vessel operations in order to guarantee safety, efficiency, and quality in the services provided. FUNCTIONS Verify customs documentation prior to loading/unloading (DUA, DAM, PS, etc). Coordinate and supervise equipment placement on the dock before and during operations. Supervise checklists for automated systems, powered equipment on the dock, and internal and external cargo securing materials. Supervise pre-operational, operational, and post-operational activities in constant coordination with maritime agencies, stevedoring agencies, tugboat agencies, and pilotage agencies. Verify proper functionality of port infrastructure, harbor navigation lights, and vessel maneuvers. Supervise personnel during operations and resources assigned for vessel operations. Verify and enter information into the Anpt system (reports). Prepare daily service execution documentation for vessel operations (Occurrences, Report, and General Operations Report), as well as record information in APN modules (date and time of berthing/unberthing maneuvers) and SUNAT (RCE, CE). Ensure compliance with the correct use of safety equipment by personnel involved in vessel operations. Supervise and control third-party company resources assigned to vessel operations. Safeguard the integrity of personnel and infrastructure located on the dock. Monitor mooring lines' condition during dock operations, as well as tidal changes. Requirements Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Knowledge of port operations (vessel and cargo handling). Intermediate knowledge of industrial safety. Handling, treatment, and storage of dangerous goods. Knowledge of port management and customs clearance. Understanding of logistics processes and port operations. Basic English (desirable) Microsoft Office / PBI (desirable) Class A driver's license Availability to work rotating shifts.
