Our team in Peru is growing, and we are currently recruiting professionals for the position of **Field Planning Control Engineer, Intermediate** to join our Minerals & Metals business line – Zafranal Project. **Responsibilities:** * Develop detailed baseline schedules using Primavera P6. * Establish work breakdown structures (WBS) and define project milestones. * Monitor and update progress against the baseline schedule. * Identify critical path activities and analyze schedule delays. * Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to integrate inputs into the master schedule. * Attend project meetings and provide scheduling updates. * Generate periodic progress reports (daily, weekly, and monthly). * Identify deviations and recommend corrective actions. * Analyze potential risks and their impact on the schedule. * Update schedules to reflect changes in scope or strategy. * Ensure compliance with client specifications, industry standards, and company procedures. **Requirements:** * Degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning/scheduling within EPCM or large-scale projects, preferably in the mining industry. * Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential. * Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), CPM scheduling, and delay analysis. * Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI, AACE, etc.).
