Job Summary: Grupo HERGON SA seeks a Planning Engineer to join their construction team, focusing on project planning, control, and reporting in Arequipa. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead planning of building or infrastructure construction projects. 2. Apply project management methodologies including PMBOK, Last Planner System, and Lean Construction. 3. Develop and monitor schedules, track constraints, and issue early alerts.
