Join EY and together let's build a better business world! **Our ideal candidate:** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Service Management, Human Resources, Management and Senior Leadership, Psychology, or related fields * 2 years of work experience in Human Resources. * Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office. * Intermediate level of English. **Responsibilities:** * Identify, channel, and follow up on internal client needs regarding human resources matters. * Design and implement ideas and projects tailored to internal client needs. * Prepare reports and manage databases according to team management requirements. * Provide support in internal communications, as well as organize and execute events for service lines. * Implement climate and culture plans for assigned service lines. * Support initiatives from functional human resources and administrative areas, among others related to the role. * Manage service line requirements. **Expected Competencies** * Internal customer orientation * Initiative * Responsibility * Organization * Communication at all levels (oral and written)
