**JOB DESCRIPTION** On behalf of our client, a leading company in the importation and distribution of heavy machinery spare parts, we are seeking the best professional with experience and qualifications to lead and enhance the company's logistics, warehouse, and import operations. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR** ● Professional with more than 5 years of experience leading operations, logistics, imports, and/or supply chain areas. ● Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. ● Solid knowledge of logistics processes, warehouse management, imports, transportation, operational KPIs, and customs regulations. ● Proficiency in ERP systems, quality management under ISO 9001, continuous improvement, internal audits, and digitalization of operational processes. ● Leadership skills, strategic vision, effective communication, and results orientation. ● Ability to collaborate effectively with commercial, quality, and senior management teams. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** ● Lead and optimize nationwide import, warehouse, logistics, and dispatch operations. ● Establish and monitor key operational and logistics KPIs. ● Implement efficient and sustainable operational processes aligned with ISO 9001 Quality Management System guidelines. ● Lead operational transformation, automation, and continuous improvement projects. ● Ensure compliance with safety, health, and customs regulations. **WE OFFER** ● Join a company with over 30 years in the market and strong national presence. ● Opportunity to lead an operational transformation and improvement process. ● Payroll with all statutory benefits. ● Competitive salary above 6\.5K, depending on qualifications. ● Main office located in Ate, but field visits are required due to the nature of the role.
